Later in the week I will be harding north to meet Mark of
Backpacking North fame in Rovaniemi we will then head to Kilpisjärvi and commence our walk north to
Halti. At some stage after our visit to Halti, I will continue northwards to Kautekeino and Mark will head south.
My gear list is below the 2 biggest changes from last year is the HMG Porter pack and the Tarptent Notch. The Porter will be full to overflowing at the start of this 11 day trip so it will be interesting to see how it survives.
